Leasing.com launches Quote Beater: a new comparison tool helping drivers save on car finance
Leasing.com has launched Quote Beater, a new online comparison tool designed to show drivers instantly whether they are overpaying on their current lease or PCP car finance deal. With household budgets under growing pressure, the tool arrives at a time when motorists are actively searching for ways to cut monthly costs.
Recent data highlights the scale of the opportunity. NatWest reports that 75% of Brits want to save more money, while according to the Finance & Leasing Association (FLA), 83% of private new car registrations in 2024 were financed. With so many drivers on agreements, a simple way to benchmark a finance quote could deliver significant savings.
Quote Beater aims to do exactly that.
A simple way to check if you are overpaying
Instead of spending hours manually comparing offers, drivers enter a few details from their existing quote and let the tool do the heavy lifting. Quote Beater analyses millions of live lease deals within seconds, matching drivers to alternatives that align with their contract length, mileage and budget.
Results are taken from Leasing.com’s nationwide network of trusted providers, giving users a transparent view of whether better value is available elsewhere.
New analysis reveals major savings
To demonstrate the tool’s real-world impact, Leasing.com analysed nationally advertised PCP finance examples for the UK’s ten most popular cars. Each PCP quote (sourced from manufacturer websites on 1 December 2025) was compared against a matched live lease deal with identical model derivative, contract duration and mileage. PCP optional final payments were excluded to ensure a like-for-like comparison of monthly cost.
The findings show that Quote Beater undercut 9 out of 10 PCP deals, delivering:

Methodology
All PCP examples were taken directly from official UK manufacturer websites on 1 December 2025. Each quote reflects the published monthly payment, customer deposit, manufacturer or retailer contribution, contract length, annual mileage and optional final payment. Every data point ties to a documented source and timestamp.
For comparison, Leasing.com identified equivalent lease deals that matched each PCP contract profile, using identical model derivatives, terms and mileage. Since PCP agreements include an optional final payment, this figure was removed to ensure a fair, like-for-like comparison of monthly costs. All lease deals reflect the live monthly payments and initial rentals advertised by approved providers at the time of collection.
