Jim is an automotive journalist and the founder of DefinitelyNotAGuru, a UK-based automotive media outlet that publishes editorial content across multiple digital platforms.
Through regular news coverage, honest car reviews, plain-English explainers, and consumer-focused analysis, Jim’s work puts real-world car buyers and drivers first.
Jim is also co-host of the Charging Status Podcast alongside Alex Lowe, and a member of the Guild of Motoring Writers, the NUJ, and the Western Group of Motoring Writers

He's been at the forefront of some of the most important new car launches over the past few years, and is known for writing up news stories, car reviews, features and interview pieces focused around the automotive industry.
